Two events – 3 days – Pick the combination that is right for you and your company

Day 1 – Industry Day  On Thursday 26 February we will hold Industry day where we are offering an exciting opportunity to our Industry Partners (IPs) to interact with our VANG unit representatives and State and Federal contracting staff, for all to learn how business is accomplished between Guard units and material/equipment providers and learn what equipment and supplies will be needed for VANG units as we continue to evolve and transform.

Day 2 and 3 will be 27-28 February in conjunction with the VA National Guard Enlisted and Officers annual conference.  This is an opportunity for you to showcase your companies’ products.

As this is our Inaugural Industry Day we are offering the following participation package information:

1. Participating Industry Day partners may set up their display in our Conference Hotel Exhibit Hall on Wednesday afternoon (February 25) or Thursday morning (February 26). Industry Day will run on Thursday from 10:00 – 16:00.  Preliminary agenda is to hold training classes periodically across the Day with lunch and exhibit hall open.

2. Industry Partners can opt to remain in place through Saturday afternoon to also exhibit at the VANG/VNGMG 2026 Annual Conference at no additional cost. Special consideration for those that opt to stay include free participation in our Friday Top Golf outing and lunch, Exhibit Hall Social on Friday evening with Conference attendees, and full conference registration allowances based upon level of participation outlined in conference prospectus for Saturday’s business meetings and Military Ball.

3. IPs and exhibitors can opt to participate only at the 2026 Annual Conference, setting up on Friday afternoon, February 26th, for a 6 – 7:30pm Exhibit Hall Social, and then the Saturday conference exhibition hall operating from 08:00 – 14:00.

4. DoubleTree hotel block rates from Wednesday (FEB 24th) through Monday (MAR 2).

VNGMG has the sole right to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in the Exhibition. VNGMG is a business-to-business event for dedicated Soldiers, Airmen, veterans and retirees of the Virginia National Guard. VNGMG reserves the right to decline the exhibit space application of a company whose products are not directly related to the industry.
