Quite possibly the only good thing to come out of the “stay at home” rules is that many people took advantage of the time to clean out their basements and attics. As a result, there have been many donations of historic artifacts to the Virginia National Guard Historical Foundation collection. Among the most important donations are those which came from the family of Major General Edward M. Hudgins.
